The CAROD's 5-gallon Water Jug Rack Is the perfect Rack for 5-gallon jugs for an office environment. Before buying this. We had a bunch of 5-gallon jugs on the floor. And since we had no space for them, they were in front of a file cabinet that we rarely use, but when we needed to get something from that file... we needed to move the friking jugs to get stuff. But thankfully we found the CAROD's 5-gallon Water Jug Rack.

-Installation options

4 adjustable screw feet or 4 casters can be installed at the bottom of 5 gallon water bottle rack.

-Foldable bucket slots

This 5-gallon Water Jug rack's 6 bucket slots can be folded upward and moved smoothly, no need to fold up the slots to access water. It can be folded up for storage when not in use, saving space in the storage room.

-Warranty

CAROD 5-gallon jug holder is protected by an 18-month warranty. They will provide a refund or replacement for any product problems. Ours was missing a caster, and they gave us a new one. We didn't even have to send the other one back.

-Build Quality

Full steel build, making it very sturdy, but definitely not cheaply made. It is built to sustain all the 5-gallon jugs full (6 jugs full of water).

Some drawbacks of the CAROD's 5-gallon Water Jug Rack:

• If you want to use the casters on carpet, they will not be very smooth. But that is always the drawback when you're on carpet.

• Some quality control problems when shipping. As I said, the first one we ordered was missing a caster, but the customer service was excellent, so it didn't matter at the end.

• When you're moving it around with all the full jugs on top of it, it feels like it can fall apart, and jugs will fall off in your feet, but as long as you don't race with it you should be fine. We haven't had any accidents yet, and its been 6 months (this date written in 03/06/2024).
